What Happens on Service Day

On your scheduled day, our Scoop Hound team provides prompt, professional service, leaving your yard clean and fresh every time.

Service Check-In

We’ll send you a friendly “on my way” text about 60 minutes before arriving. You don’t need to be home during the service, but we ask for clear access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs are left outside. This helps us work safely and efficiently.

Cleaning Your Yard

Our trained technicians follow a systematic route to pick up all dog waste and walk your yard multiple times to ensure nothing is missed. Your yard will be thoroughly cleaned every visit.

Safety & Sanitation

After cleaning, we take a photo of your closed gate to ensure your dogs stay safely inside. All scooping equipment is disinfected with organic, kennel-grade cleaners to prevent the spread of germs, keeping your yard safe and healthy for pets and family.

Waste Disposal

Waste is double-bagged and placed in your trash, or in areas without a trash bin, the waste is safely double-bagged and placed to the side of your home.
